Our Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta Experience

It’s that time of year again. With the beginning of fall comes the Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta — an annual five-day weekend of events featuring some Santa Fe’s best in culinary arts. The goal of the fiesta is to couple 75 of our city’s most excellent restaurants with the sophistication and wines of over 90 national wineries. Patrons enjoy cooking demos, wine seminars, winery luncheons and (of course) dinners. The weekend culminates with the Grand Tasting at the Santa Fe Opera where all participating Santa Fe restaurants and wineries serve samples of their best food and wine.

With all the excitement in the air, we here at Casas de Santa Fe crafted a very special and luxurious experience for you and your travel companions during the Wine & Chile Fiesta. Check out the details of this exclusive one-time package below:

Four Nights at One of Two Luxurious Casas de Santa Properties or Bishop’s Lodge Villa 44B (sleeps 4)
Casa de Illume (3 bed, 3 bath, sleeps 6) – Nestled behind an art gallery off of Canyon Road, Casas de Illume is light and bright with French doors and large windows throughout and features a main house and very special detached casita. Both bedrooms in the main house have en suite bathrooms and are decorated with elegant Santa Fe touches and the living spaces offer a great, open space for relaxed entertaining. The charming one bedroom, one bath casita, which has recently been completely remodeled and restored, offers all the comforts and amenities one could imagine. The home’s ideal southern exposure and landscaped garden provide the perfect setting for enjoying the wonderful Santa Fe sunlight. The garden and outdoor living space are perfect for enjoying the Santa Fe sky, by day or night.

Bishop’s Lodge Villa 44B (2 bed, 2 bath, sleeps 4) – This beautifully renovated villa is located in the Bishop’s Lodge Villas, just 2.5 miles north of the Plaza. The home has recently been updated, reflecting a contemporary yet rustic aesthetic, highlighting the clean lines and expansive windows with breathtaking views. Both bedrooms serve as luxurious sanctuaries equipped with elegant en suite bathrooms, corner kiva fireplaces, and doors leading to the outside grounds; both bedrooms also lead to their own private outdoor patios. The gourmet kitchen opens onto an elegant dining room, creating an open space overlooking the newly designed living room. Just a few steps below and you will find the living room, showcasing a large, inviting fireplace and floor to ceiling windows directly facing the mountains and the desert terrain beyond. Once you step outside, you will discover native landscaping framing a sleek patio, ideal for entertaining or simply unwinding and looking out upon the majestic sunsets to the West.

Hosted Dinner Featuring Martinelli Vineyards Wine and a Four-Course meal by Chef Carmen Rodriguez
Regina Martinelli of Martinelli Vineyards – The Martinelli Winery is a family-owned and operated winery located in Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley specializing in Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah and Zinfandel wines. The Martinelli family has been growing grapes in the Russian River Valley since the 1880’s. The handcrafted wines are made by winemaker Bryan Kvamme and are unfined, unfiltered, neither cold nor heat stabilized and may contain naturally occurring sediment. Regina Martinelli will serve as host for dinner and guests will enjoy four different wines paired perfectly with each course

Chef Carmen Rodriguez of MiSanta Restaurant – Chef Carmen Rodriguez has traveled the nation as well as the globe developing menus that genuinely honors the farm-to-table concept. He has a true connection with the agricultural industry as every summer his migrant family would travel to work the produce fields in different states around the country. Critics rave about his delicious food and creative menus. Whether under the palms in Florida, emerged in the healthy food scene of the west coast, highlighting the cultural flavors of Mexico or the savory spices of the southwest – Chef Carmen blends it all into his tasty culinary creations.

VIP Tickets to Aspen Vista Grand Tasting
Guests will arrive at the exclusive entrance to the Aspen Vista Terrace with complimentary valet parking, relax and savor a selection of special wines in your reserved seat beginning at noon. Enjoy early (12:30) and full access to all Grand Tasting tents from 12:30 to 4 pm and return to your reserved seat as often as you like.​
